“No,” said Rand.
“Yes,” said Moiraine.
“No,” said Rand.
“Yes,” said Moiraine.
“No.”
“Yes.”
“No.”

And Logain raced after Taim and then he came to a farm that seemed to be deserted and then he climbed onto the wagon, and then he saw Taim and then he yelled at him to stop, and then he chased after him again, and then it was close, but he was confident, and then they ran and ran…

Rand placed his hand on Morgase’s boob. It felt better than he expected.
“Morgase,” he gasped.
“Rand,” she breathed.

Semirhage was running at full speed through the palace. She had managed to unravel her shield and had escaped. She’d killed the wretched al’Meara woman, and several of her allies, including Mat, Tuon, Elayne, Aviendha, Cadsuane, Verin, Alanna, Logain, Narishma, Flinn and several others whose names she had never learned. Opening a gateway, she leapt through and threw saidar away as she entered the tunnel down to the Bore.

“You cannot defeat me al’Thor. I am as powerful as you,” Moridin said.
“I have something you don’t,” Rand said softly.
“What?” Moridin snarled hideously.
“Love,” Rand said simply.
“Bah,” Moridin laughed.
“Yes, love conquers all. It is through love that we are bound, through love…

“Impossible,” Cyndane said.
“You were played the fool the whole time,” he said.
“But you’re..”
“Yes. Be’lal,” Moridin said.

“No, I don’t believe it!” Rand cried.
“Believe it,” Egwene smiled with vengeance.
“It was against your will,” he said.
“Fool boy, I sought out the Shadow even as a young girl,” she laughed.
“No!”

And then al’Thor cried out to the Pattern, for they had been utterly overwhelmed and the host of Thakandar surrounded them, uncountable Trollocs and Fades and only a hundred men left alongside his greatest allies. The Pattern shook, and the clouds ripped open revealing a giant beyond all giants. Lightning coated his body and his face was grim to match his golden hair.

“You have called me, my champion, and I have come,” said the Creator, and he smited the Shadow into nothing, and held the surviving Light in the palm of his hand.

9

“Is she dead?”
“Yes, mother. Executed this morning. The boy Gawyn tried to save her but he was too late.”
“Excellent,” Elaida smiled to herself.

10.

Rand called through the Horn and summoned heroes from universes across universes. Out they came to fight for the Light, men he couldn’t conceive. Men in monk-like garments brandishing swords made of blue or green-lighted tips who could jump fifty feet, men with small sticks in their hands who emitted sparks and other earth shattering energies, men who could control magnetism or who had three claws which came out of their hands, men who flew and had red capes, or black capes with various devices.

Mat blew and out of nowhere leaped Chuck Norris. Mat instantly recognized Chuck Norris because you just know it's Chuck Norris because Chuck Norris always knows who you are, even if you are a fantasy character...

"I will kill you, Rand al'Thor! You are my greatest enemy!" screamed Padan Fain. "I THOUGHT I WAS YOUR GREATEST ENEMY," said the Dark One, sounding puzzled. "YOU MUST DESTROY ME FIRST."

"Yes, well, technically you are my "greatest" enemy, but Rand here is the reason for that. I can only destroy one of you at a time." said Fain, diplomatically.

"OH, ALRIGHT." There was no mistaking the hurt in the Dark One's voice.

---

Rand, a determined look on his face, called on all of the Power that ever existed and concentrated it in one final blast to destroy the Dark One. "No, Rand, let me." And Rand's new ally, Elaida, proceeded to unleash a torrent of insults and abuse as the Dark One helplessly cringed in horror. "AN EVIL GREATER THAN MYSELF HAS UNMADE ME! NO!!!"
