Unfortunately the chapter was from Rand's PoV. Here's what really happened from a bird's eye view...
"Semirhage!" Rand cried and the woman flung out her hand sending a fireball Rand's way. The world exploded in fire.
Semirhage cried a roar of victory and a green light shot from her fingertips into the sky. Her dark eyes spent a moment mocking the unconscious form of the Dragon Reborn but suddenly she seemed to be locked in an invisible battle with the two women, Cadsuane and Nynaeve.
Moments later two separate gateways opened, and a plain looking woman and a tall aggressive-looking man appeared. "Demandred, the hill," Semirhage screamed.
Instantly the ground beneath Narishma and Sandomere exploded sending the two young Ash'aman flying into the air in a cloud of dirty debris. Logain dived to his side, and instantly flung out his hands weaving a Blossom of Fire, while at the same time launching two enormous fireballs in Demandred's direction. Demandred unravelled them without moving, but the blossom erupted at that moment, sending him and Mesaana flying through the air and crashing into Semirhage. Mesaana jumped to her feet and channeled lightning at Logain, who was beaten down to his knees, his invisible barrier holding back the deadly energies. Demandred meanwhile had been forced to kill the damane who were attempting to attack him, and mistaking him for an Ash'aman.
Semirhage gave out a gasp as the light of saidar winked out around her, the old woman appearing to have defeated her. Nynaeve flung out her hands and Mesaana cried out as an enormous fireball exploded in front of her, buffered by a barrier of saidar she had made in the nick of time. In an instant she had woven a gateway and was running through it, all the while channeling lightning behind her to cover her tracks. Demandred meanwhile was growling as Logain and his two recovered young Ash'aman were beating him back with flows. Behind him a small gateway opened, barely large enough for a man, and slipped through with rage on his face. Semirhage scowled.
... Rand lay on his back. "Semirhage!" he thought and felt a pang of pain...
